Monthly Dues
Your dues are a great value and include:
Townhome dues are higher than dues for single family homes
because the townhome dues also cover maintenance of the asphalt
parking areas/courts and larger common areas. Streets in the
single family areas are maintained by the state.

- Electricity for street lights and clubhouse
