Swimming Pool
Pool use is included in your community association dues. A registration form
requesting a list of family members is sent before the pool season begins. Pool
passes are then issued to each family member. You must bring this pass to the
pool in order to swim. Dues must be paid in order to obtain a pass.
As stated in our by-laws, residents of our neighboring community of Brookside
may join the pool for a fee (currently $350 per year).
We continue to spend significant amounts of money each year maintaining,
operating, and upgrading our pool. We hope you enjoy it!
