Annual Meeting Election Results
Two homeowners were elected to our community association's Board of Directors at tonight's Annual Homeowners Meeting. Congratulations to: Hilary Loder, a returning board member, and Nathan Gresbasch, a new board member. Many thanks to Tim Fieffer, an outgoing board member. Our board members and committee leaders devote many hours to our community on a volunteer basis. We thank them for their service to Bridlewood.

VDOT - for Single Family Roads
VDOT is the state government agency that maintains the single-family area roads throughout Bridlewood. You can contact them regarding road problems at this website: https://my.vdot.virginia.gov/#0 Townhome courts and parking areas are maintained by our community association and you should contact Sequoia Management regarding those maintenance issues.

Pool Passes and Guest Rules
Sequoia Management Company recently mailed updated Pool Rules and instructions for obtaining pool passes to homeowners. The same system is being used for pool passes as previous years. Your community association dues must be paid up-to-date. March Board Meeting - Date Change
The March, 2026 meeting of Bridlewood's board of directors will be held on Monday, March 16th. There has been a personnel change at Sequoia Management and our board members will be meeting with Sequoia Management's new community manager for Bridlewood.
