Bridlewood's pool is closed today (7/17/2026) due to Code Purple air quality (smoke from Canadian forest fires).

Two homeowners were elected to our community association's Board of Directors at tonight's Annual Homeowners Meeting. Congratulations to: Hilary Loder, a returning board member, and Nathan Gresbasch, a new board member. Many thanks to Tim Fieffer, an outgoing board member. Our board members and committee leaders devote many hours to our community on a volunteer basis. We thank them for their service to Bridlewood.

VDOT is the state government agency that maintains the single-family area roads throughout Bridlewood. You can contact them regarding road problems at this website: https://my.vdot.virginia.gov/#0 Townhome courts and parking areas are maintained by our community association and you should contact Sequoia Management regarding those maintenance issues.

Here is the swim team schedule for 2026. Please be prepared for some congestion and extra traffic in Bridlewood during home swim meets. Thanks for your understanding.

Your community association dues must be paid up-to-date.
