The community association's board of directors meeting that was scheduled for tonight (3/16/2026) has been postponed to a later date due to the weather alerts.

The March, 2026 meeting of Bridlewood's board of directors will be held on Monday, March 16th. There has been a personnel change at Sequoia Management and our board members will be meeting with Sequoia Management's new community manager for Bridlewood.

The February meeting of the community association has been canceled. The next meeting is the regularly scheduled March meeting on March 17, 2026

The Board of Directors has established the budget and dues for 2026 as follows: Single-family homes: $95.50 per month Townhomes: $112.25 per month Don't forget to change your automatic payments to the new amounts. Bring the young ones to the clubhouse at 11:00am on Sunday, December 14th, for snacks, games, and the jolly guy with the white beard. This is a favorite of neighborhood children. We hope to see you there.

Bridlewood Community Association's November and December 2025 meetings of the board of directors have been combined into a single meeting to be held on December 9th at 7:00 pm at the clubhouse. As always, homeowners and residents are welcome.

The October 2025 meeting of the board of directors will not take place this week due to an illness (Management Company representative).
