Dollar Bills

Dues

Dues are mandatory for all homeowners in Bridlewood. Your dues are a great value and include maintenance of common areas and courts, swimming pool, trash and recycling collection, and saving for future replacements of our facilities.

Monthly Dues for 2024 are $85.25 for single-family homes and $100.25 for townhomes.  Most of the increase for 2024 is due to a new Prince William County fee for trash collection.  Note that townhomes pay higher dues primarily to cover snow removal and maintenance of the parking courts (VDOT has this responsibility for single family streets).

There are several ways to pay your dues (See Document Library page). Contact Sequoia Management with questions or for payment instructions.

Townhome Parking

Do not park in areas with yellow painted curbs.

Cars may not be stored in VISITOR spots. They must be moved after 24 hours to gives others a chance to use the spots.

Abandoned vehicles, disabled vehicles, commercial vehicles, and recreational vehicles are not permitted in townhome parking spaces (reserved or visitor spaces).

Contact Sequoia Management for towing of other vehicles parked in your reserved space or for illegally parked vehicles. See CONTACTS page.
