There will be a meeting of the Board of Directors at the clubhouse at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023. This meeting is needed on an urgent basis to deal with the new County trash tipping fee. The fee to trash haulers (passed on to us) is larger than we expected and the 2024 budget and dues amount (previously sent to homeowners) must be revised on an urgent basis in order to have time to print new payment coupons and give ample notice to homeowers.
