Concrete Work - Move Cars - Oct. 15

Bridlewood's contractor will be replacing some concrete sidewalk sections in the townhome areas. The work is scheduled for Tuesday, October 15, 2024. They will be breaking up the old concrete and pouring new concrete in about 25 squares (4x4 ft sections). The work areas are marked with an X. This is normal maintenance. Some of the squares settle over time and need replacement to reduce trip hazards. It is important that vehicles are moved at least 20 feet from the marked work areas by 7:00am that day to prevent damage (we are not responsible if you do not move your vehicle). We may tow cars that do not move away from the work areas.

Another project, asphalt trail overlays, will take place throughout the neighborhood in early November.
