Construction near clubhouse (May 13-16) - Avoid the area

Workers are scheduled to replace the roof and gutters on the clubhouse Monday - Wednesday (weather permitting). For safety concerns, please do not use the walkway by the pool during this period.


Several major HOA projects have been completed recently or are underway, including:

  1. Fence replacement at the cemetery (complete).

  2. Surface replacement on the main pool and wading pool (in progress).

  3. Replacement of portions of the concrete deck (complete).

  4. Clubhouse roof and gutter replacement (next week).

  5. Townhome mailbox replacement (complete).

  6. Bathhouse interior repairs and painting project (late May).


Additional projects are planned for the Fall. As you would expect, these commercial construction projects are VERY expensive. Rest assured that Bridlewood's board of directors go to great lengths to get multiple bids and make the most of your dues.
