Dues for 2025 will be: $93.50/month for single-family homes and $110.00/month for townhomes. Townhome dues are higher than single-family home dues primarily because our association maintains the parking areas and courts (paving, snow removal, etc.). Streets are maintained by VDOT in the single-family areas.
