Major Projects Completed in 2024

Sequoia Management and the Board will continue to address community maintenance as needed.  We obtain multiple bids for our projects and carefully evaluate them. 

2024 projects included:

• ·         Fence replacement around abandoned cemetery ($4,000)

• ·         Complete pool resurfacing and concrete deck repairs ($100,000)

• ·         Pool bathhouse interior repair and painting ($4,000)

• ·         Clubhouse & pumphouse roof and gutter replacement ($30,000)

• ·         Landscaping improvements at Harness Shop Rd entrance ($3,000)

• ·         Concrete sidewalk repairs ($11,000)

• ·         Replaced pool covers for main and wading pools ($18,000)

• ·         Overlay of asphalt walking trails ($34,000)

• ·         Repainted parking lines and numbers in townhome courts ($13,000)
