Monthly Dues for 2024

Note - this original post is obsolete. Dues are being revised due to a larger than expected trash contract increase.


There will be a dues increase for 2024. New amounts are $XXXXX per month for townhomes and $XXXXX for single-family (detached) homes. Dues are higher for townhomes for several reasons, including:

  • maintenance of the parking areas and courts. Streets in the other areas are maintained by VDOT (not our dues),

  • higher landscaping costs in the townhome areas.

If you use your bank or credit union for automated payments, please remember to change the amount beginning with the January 1st payment.
