Dear Residents:

We are pleased to introduce John Halfhill, who has joined Sequoia Management Company as your Community Manager and is now actively supporting your community.

John brings a wealth of experience in community association management, having supported a wide range of single-family, townhome, condominium, and master-planned communities throughout his career. He has extensive experience working with Boards of Directors, managing community operations, overseeing budgets and capital improvement projects, and helping communities navigate both day-to-day needs and long-term planning.

He holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations—reflecting a high level of expertise and commitment to the industry.

Beyond his credentials, John is known for his calm, solutions-oriented approach and his focus on clear communication, consistency, and follow-through. He is passionate about building strong relationships with residents and supporting communities in a positive and productive way.

To ensure a smooth transition, our team continues to work closely with John as he becomes familiar with the community’s operations and priorities. He will also be attending upcoming Board meetings, where you will have the opportunity to meet him.
