No Meeting Quorum

Well...we tried to hold our Annual Homeowners Meeting on June 28th. We notified homeowners in 4 ways: (1) a letter from Sequoia Management, (2) a notice on our letter sign on Harness Shop Rd, (3) a post on Facebook, and (4) a notice on this website. Unfortunately, we still did not have a sufficient number of homeowners represented in person or by proxy. Other than our board members, there were less than 10 homeowners who attended the meeting. Counting the board members and those represented by proxy, we had 49 out of the 64 needed to hold the meeting.
