No quorum for annual meeting

Unfortunately, there was not sufficient attendance in person or by proxy for a valid annual homeowners meeting. Elections could not be held. Current members of the board of directors will continue serving. We interpret this low attendance as general satisfaction with neighborhood operations.

The community association's board of directors meeting that was scheduled for tonight (3/16/2026) has been postponed to a later date due to the weather alerts.

March Board Meeting - Date Change

The March, 2026 meeting of Bridlewood's board of directors will be held on Monday, March 16th. There has been a personnel change at Sequoia Management and our board members will be meeting with Sequo
