Pool Passes and Guest Rules

Apr 24
1 min read

Sequoia Management Company recently mailed updated Pool Rules and instructions for obtaining pool passes to homeowners. The same system is being used for pool passes as previous years. Your community association dues must be paid up-to-date.

There is a change in pool rules this year for guests. All guests must now have a guest pass from the same vendor where you obtain your homeowner's pool pass. In past years, overnight guests from out of town did not need to purchase a guest pass, but this is no longer the case.

Complete pool rules for 2026 can be found on the DOCUMENTS page of this website.
