Reminders - dogs, parking, grass in cracks

Dog walkers: We still get complaints about dog walkers who do not pick up the poop. There is no excuse! Please be considerate and pick it up. Our dues are paying for dog stations, bags, and someone to empty the stations and replace the bags. USE THEM!

Townhome Parking: Please do not store vehicles in the visitor spots. Visitor spots are not your personal spots. Vehicles must be moved frequently to give others a chance to use these shared spots.

Single Family homes - grass in your cracks: Single-Family streets are owned by the county and maintained by VDOT, not our HOA. VDOT will not come to kill or remove the grass in the cracks by the curb/gutters. It's up to you. Please spray or remove the grass the grass in front of your home to keep Bridlewood looking good.
