Revised Dues for 2024

Dues for 2024 were revised to include the new landfill fee from Prince William County. This new fee will add $25,700 to neighborhood annual costs. The community's budget was revised accordingly. Dues are set at $85.25 per month for single-family homes and $100.25 per month for townhomes. The complete budget is shown on the Documents page of this website.
