Please be advised that the Board of Directors has awarded a contract to Mainstreet Mailboxes & More to replace the cluster mailboxes throughout the townhomes. This was done in a phased approach. The removal of the remaining old mailboxes and the installation of the new mailboxes will occur on April 23rd, 2024. USPS will remove all mail remaining in mailboxes on Monday, April 22nd and then will re-deliver after the new mailboxes are installed.
Sequoia Management will be distributing the keys at the Bridlewood Clubhouse on Thursday, April 11th from 4:30-6:30pm and on Tuesday, April 16th from 5-7pm. Alternatively, you may contact Kelsey at ktaff@sequoiamgmt.com or 703-803-9641 to schedule an appointment to pick them up from Sequoia’s office in Chantilly. The keys are available effective immediately for pick up at Sequoia’s office. If you rent out your home, you will need to make sure that you provide your tenants the mailbox keys or return the enclosed form to authorize the keys to be distributed to them directly.
It is imperative that you pick up your new keys prior to the installation in order to receive your mail. Only you as the homeowner, or your designated representative, may pick up your keys. Photo identification will be required. If you are not able to pick up your keys personally, you must complete the attached form for your keys to be released to another person, including your tenants.
