Use Caution on Sidewalks -

Be careful when walking along our sidewalks and trails. Some concrete sidewalk sections that had settled or were uneven were replaced today along Bridlewood Drive. Please tell your children to keep off the wet concrete.

Our Community Association plans to replace other sections of sidewalks and trails next year. We have already received a couple bids and will do further research.

We expect 2024 to be a busy (and expensive) year with several major projects planned. These include replacement of sidewalk and asphalt trail sections, major pool repairs, replacing the clubhouse roof, and townhome parking area repair, sealing and painting. We project our financial needs for years in the future and budget accordingly so that we have enough saved to take care of them. It can be a challenge, however, because of cost increases from contractors.
